| 教师简介 | 陈依琪博士于台北医学大学取得硕士并于元智大学取得组织管理博士，具医务管理与组织管理跨领域背景。曾任教于亚东科技大学与国立彰化师范大学，2014年至2026年任教于马来西亚拉曼大学，并担任国际事务处副处长及医院院长特助，积极推动国际合作。研究聚焦病人安全文化、工作倦怠、健康促进与教练领导，成果发表于多项国际期刊。教学强调理论与实务结合，培养学生批判思考与跨文化能力，致力培育具国际视野之健康与管理专业人才。 |
