| Biography | Dr. Chen holds a Master from Taipei Medical University and a PhD in Organizational Management from Yuan Ze University, with an interdisciplinary background in healthcare management and organizational studies. He previously taught at Oriental Institute of Technology and National Changhua University of Education, and served at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia, from 2014 to 2026. During her tenure, she actively contributed to university development and internationalization, serving as Deputy Director of the Office of International Affairs and Special Assistant to the UTAR Hospital Director. Her research focuses on patient safety culture, job burnout, health promotion, and coaching leadership, with publications in WOS and Scopus-indexed journals. Dr. Chen adopts an interactive and application-oriented teaching approach, integrating case studies and experiential learning to bridge theory and practice.
