• 學生含通識課程應修畢128學分，需修習「校定必修」30學分，「以院為教學核心課程」8學分，本系「系核心課程」38學分、本系一個「專業學程」及一個「跨域學習學程」，始能畢業，不足畢業學分數，得自由選修除校定必修(含校定必修、體育(五)及體育(六))以外之其他課程、學程學分補足之。

1. Students are required to complete a total of 128 credits, including 30 credits from “University Required Courses,” 8 credits from “College Core Courses,” 38 credits from “Department Required Courses,” as well as one “Professional Program” within the department and one “Interdisciplinary Program” in order to graduate. Should the required credits for graduation be insufficient, students may freely choose additional courses and program credits, excluding “University Required Courses” (including “University Required Courses,” “Physical Education (V),” and Physical Education (VI)), to make up the deficit.

• 本系專業選修學程共兩個，分別為「醫療機構管理學程」及「長期照顧管理學程」。醫療機構管理組主修「醫療機構管理學程」，共22學分，為必選修課程。跨領域高齡智慧照顧組主修「長期照顧管理學程」，共22學分，為必選修課程。畢業前至少要完成該組系專業選修學程。學生從另一個專業選修學程中選修課程皆可列入自由選修，但不得與主修學程重複計算學分。

2. The department offers two professional elective programs: the "Healthcare Organization Management Specialization" and the "Long-Term Care Specialization." The Healthcare Organization Management Specialization consists of 22 credits and is mandatory for students majoring in this field. Students in the Interdisciplinary Aging and Smart Care are required to major in the Long-Term Care Specialization, which also comprises 22 credits and is mandatory for these students. Students must complete the professional elective program for their major before graduation. Courses taken from the other professional elective program can be counted as free electives; however, credits from these courses cannot be counted towards the major program.

• 本校規範自106學年度起大學日間部學生(除部份推動國考學系外)應至少修畢一個本系專業學程及一個跨域學習學程(選項計有「雙主修」、「輔系」、「跨領域學程」、「他系專長學程」或「次專長(即提供他系專長學程學系中修畢三門專業課程)」)，並達成相關畢業條件後，始符合畢業資格。

3. Starting from the 106^th academic year, students in the university’s undergraduate day program (excluding certain departments focusing on national examinations) are required to complete at least one professional program within their department and one interdisciplinary program. The available options for the interdisciplinary program include “Double Major,” “Minor,” “Interdisciplinary Program,” “Specialized Program in Another Department,” or “Secondary Specialization” (which involves completing three professional courses in a different department's specialized program). Students must fulfill these requirements and meet the associated graduation criteria to be eligible for graduation.

• 凡本系開設之自由選修課程或由學生填寫課程學分認定申請單並經系主任同意之外系課程，皆可列入自由選修學分，否則必須自行擔負學分不被承認的可能結果(其餘請詳閱本校課程學分認定申請單之注意事項)。

4. All courses offered as free electives by the department, or courses from other departments that have been approved through the submission of a course credit recognition application form and with the consent of the department chair, can be counted towards free elective credits. Otherwise, students must assume the risk that such credits may not be recognized. For further details, please refer to the guidelines provided in the university's course credit recognition application form.

• 針對本系核心學程、專業選修學程及院基礎學程第一次修課需在本系上課，不得至非本系修課，如違反規定者必須自行擔負學分不被承認可能結果。第二次修課由學生填寫課程學分認定申請單並經系主任同意，始可跨學制、學系修習課程（其餘請詳閱本校課程學分認定申請單之注意事項）。

5. For the initial enrollment in the department’s required programs, professional elective programs, and college foundational programs, courses must be taken within the department; enrollment in courses outside the department is not permitted. Students who violate this regulation must bear the risk of such credits not being recognized. For subsequent enrollments, students may take courses across different academic systems or departments, provided they submit a course credit recognition application form and obtain approval from the department chair. For further details, please consult the guidelines outlined in the university's course credit recognition application form.

• 經國際專修部招生，先修華語達B1 level並進到本系之學生，含通識課程應修畢128學分，需修習「校定必修」30學分，「以院為教學核心課程」8學分，本系「系核心課程」38學分、本系「長期照顧管理學程」22學分，不足畢業學分數，得自由選修除校定必修(含校定必修、體育(五)及體育(六))以外之其他課程、學程學分補足之。

8. Students admitted through the International Foundation Program who have achieved B1 level proficiency in Chinese and then progress to this department are required to complete a total of 128 credits, including 30 credits from “University Required Courses,” 8 credits from “College Core Courses,” 38 credits from “Department Required Courses,” as well as 22 credits from the "Long-Term Care Management Program" within the department. Should the required credits for graduation be insufficient, students may freely choose additional courses and program credits, excluding “University Required Courses” (including “University Required Courses,” “Physical Education (V),” and Physical Education (VI)), to make up the deficit.
