| 教師簡介 | 陳依琪博士於台北醫學大學取得碩士並於元智大學取得組織管理博士，具醫務管理與組織管理跨領域背景。曾任教於亞東科技大學與國立彰化師範大學，2014年至2026年任教於馬來西亞拉曼大學，並擔任國際事務處副處長及醫院院長特助，積極推動國際合作。研究聚焦病人安全文化、工作倦怠、健康促進與教練領導，成果發表於多項國際期刊。教學強調理論與實務結合，培養學生批判思考與跨文化能力，致力培育具國際視野之健康與管理專業人才。 |
