||Dr. Hung-En Liao, a faculty member of Department of Healthcare Administration in Asia University, has multiple integrated expertise in the fields of health policy, health promotion, healthcare & long-term care management. He graduated from Department of Public Health, National Taiwan University and got his Ph.D. degree in Department of Health Policy and Management, The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Liao has been served many committee members in Central and Local Governments over the past few years to assist the Government on the planning of health policies and healthcare management, as well as in the operations of long-term care in remote areas, health promotion among aborigines and vulnerable groups, and healthy and age-friendly cities activities. In addition, he exhibits a remarkable ability in academic research, and has been recognized for the excellence in academic performance and University Social Responsibility by Asia University.
